I loved my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and right next to a mall. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and even offered laundry services. Plus, the room was spacious, clean, and well-designed.

We had a great romantic escape at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the complimentary laundry services and the unlimited water provided. The location is also convenient, with a shopping mall nearby and various restaurants to choose from.

The restaurant did not offer much variety, and the buffet style made it uncomfortable to dine. some of the dishes seemed repetitive and were not very appealing.

The breakfast had a few options even though it was small. The room was tidy and clean with all the basic comforts. The location is perfect as it is just a few steps away from a shopping mall and supermarket where you can buy all your necessities. Plus, there was a free shuttle service provided for airport dropoff which was convenient.

The hotel staff only spoke Chinese and the language barrier made communicating a challenge. , the room had no warm atmosphere and did not suit the Christmas spirit.
